I highly recommend this ini tweak if you're using the Atlas Map Markers mod as I have made tweaks for custom mod added map markers as well. There's also a setting that doesn't allow you to gain experience from killing enemies if you are x levels higher than them. If you set it to 0, you only get exp from kills if the actor was of equal or higher level.
