WebTrying to get the best performance with least heat output on my laptop. Today I figured that 3DMark shows consistent 4.500 MHz during the test while HWInfo shows 3.500 during a Timespy test. It's a Ryzen 9 with base clock speed of 3.2 and boosts up to 4.2, so you can see that the figures from 3DMark must be off.
